Once you're Training Peaks account is set up, the coaches will start to add your training. Don't worry, we'll lead you through a simple setup process to define your goals for the race, even if you've never done this before. From there, our coaches create easy to follow challenges perfect for beginners like you!


Start Moving (30min/day)

Yep, it's true- you can accomplish this goal with less than 30 minutes of training, 6 days a week- We guarantee it!

Attend Coach Calls & Ask Questions!
